Welcome to MyPropertyFinder.ca. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our mobile application and services ("App"). By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
1. Eligibility and Access
MyPropertyFinder.ca is exclusively available to licensed real estate professionals and their authorized staff. Users must be granted access credentials by MyPropertyFinder.ca. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
 
2. Account Access and Credentials
Access to the app is provided through login credentials issued by MyPropertyFinder.ca. Each user is also assigned a business email under the @mypropertyfinder.ca domain. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
 
3. Use of Leads and Data Ownership
All client and lead data within the app is the sole property of MyPropertyFinder.ca. This includes but is not limited to names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, employment details, income information, and other related data.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, saving, exporting, or storing any lead or client data outside the app.
- Calling, texting, or emailing leads from any personal device, email, or third-party platform.
- Using the lead data for any purpose outside the business rules set by MyPropertyFinder.ca.
Any such violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, legal action, or monetary penalties.
 
4. Communication and Conduct
Users must communicate with leads strictly through the channels provided within the app. All interactions must follow the business communication guidelines defined by MyPropertyFinder.ca. Spamming, unauthorized solicitation, impersonation, or unethical conduct is strictly forbidden.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
While the App is currently free to use, MyPropertyFinder.ca reserves the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Payments, if implemented, will be processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
 
6. Termination of Access
MyPropertyFinder.ca reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user’s access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
MyPropertyFinder.ca is not liable for:
- Any loss of business, deals, commissions, or revenue.
- Missed opportunities due to app unavailability, technical issues, or user error.
- Actions or decisions made by users based on the information in the App.
All services are provided "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services in the future (e.g., maps, email, analytics). These services may have their own terms, and users agree to comply with them if applicable.
 
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
All data within the App is handled with strict confidentiality. Users are expected to adhere to all privacy policies and must not disclose or misuse any client or business information. Any misuse will result in termination and potential legal consequences.
 
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates. By using the App, you agree to resolve any disputes under the jurisdiction of MyPropertyFinder.ca’s chosen legal forum.
 
11. Changes to Terms
MyPropertyFinder.ca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
